Grubb & Ellis Management Services, Inc., is the Contract Operator and provides management of common area and common services at the Project at the University of Arizona Science & Technology Park. Grubb & Ellis Management Services, Inc., operates the Project utility systems, performs preventive and routine maintenance, performs emergency and non-emergency repairs, provides fire protection and security services, maintains the grounds, and responds to occupant requests. The services provided include the management of the following areas:

• Common Area Maintenance
• Grounds/Landscaping
• Central Utility System Services
• Communications
• Environmental
• Project Fire and Security Services
• Occupant Services
• Construction

The badging office is located at the Rec Center, Building 9102, and is open Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
